1. Introduction

Green Arabia is designed for use by authorized company employees to manage and record waste collection tasks. The App enables employees to log in, register shops using NFC cards provided to shop owners, record waste weights using Bluetooth-connected weighing machines, and access task lists. This privacy policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your data.

2. Data Collection and Use

Login Information: Employees are provided with login credentials (username and password) by the company’s admin. The App does not collect any personal information.

Shop Registration with NFC Cards: NFC cards are issued to shop owners in malls by the admin. The App uses NFC functionality to register and identify shops by reading the NFC card when the employee taps it on their device.

Weight Data: The App collects weight readings from connected weighing machines via Bluetooth for the purpose of logging and reporting waste collection activities. This data is used solely for operational purposes and is not shared outside the organization.

3. Permissions

Bluetooth Permission: The App connects to Bluetooth-enabled weighing machines to automatically receive weight data for waste collection tasks. This data is transmitted to the App for task reporting.

Location Permission: Location permission is required to enable Bluetooth functionality. The App uses location data only to facilitate Bluetooth communication and does not store or share your location.

NFC Permission: The App uses NFC functionality to register and identify shops in the mall by reading NFC cards provided to shop owners.

Camera Permission: To identify customers, the App also uses QR codes provided by the admin to customers. The App requires camera permission to scan these QR codes for shop identification. This QR code functionality is another way to identify shops in addition to the NFC option.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting the data collected through the App. Access to the App is restricted to authorized employees using admin-provided credentials. No personal information of the mobile user is collected or stored.

5. Data Sharing

The data collected by the App (e.g., task information, shop registration, weight readings) is stored in the company’s secure database and is not shared with any third parties. The App does not collect or share any personal data from the mobile device.

6. Account Creation and Management

All employee accounts used to log in to the App are created and managed by the company’s admin. Employees cannot create their own accounts within the App. Admins are responsible for managing employee credentials.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s functionality or applicable laws. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
